After years and years of trying to grow tomatoes, things just seemed to keep getting messier so I tried the thing. I love tomatoes, in fact, I don’t know if there is anything better than fresh tomatoes right at the beginning of the season that have had just a few days of ripening. You can use them for tacos, salads, burgers and everything else that’s fantastic in the summer. Here’s a list of some of my favorite tomato included dishes…

1 Burgers

For these 5 things, tomatoes are a must and topsytree .com was able to make things much easier for me. It is still nice to have a garden where I grow water melons, musk melons, corn, wheat, flour, and seeds. There are several concerns with the garden though. Considering my geography, we have many different animals who like to invade our garden. Anything from rabbits to hogs to deer will come in and eat up the whole garden. In fact, things have gotten worse almost every year.

Just last week I walked outside on a cool summer morning and thought wow I can’t wait to try my new tomatoes only to find the ones I was growing outside were invaded by a raccoon. For once I thought the fence we had up would of stood up to the test but as it turns out, it didn’t. Unfortunately for that raccoon we found him and he didn’t know I had one indoors. That’s one of my favorite things about topsytree .com actually, it’s the fact you can use it indoors or outdoors. It’s really your choice. I just wish there was a similar product to topsytree .com for all of my other fruits and vegetables. After I found so much success with it, I decided it was time to show my parent because they love growing a garden every year and here’s the letter they wrote back to me…

Dear Karen,

               We absolutely love the topsytree .com! It has changed the way we plant and made our schedules so much easier in the tough months. This year with your dad losing his job, we haven’t had a lot of extra money and we’ve needed to cut some corners. The greatest part about this new product is that you can actually save money once all is said and done. For this, I’ve told your Aunty Beatrice as well. Even though your father lost his job, we invested in two of these things immediately and it has been great. Great for the entire family. Even you’re uncle Bert is getting into the action with some planting of his own. I’m not sure what he’s using it for though, I think he might be trying it with other things aside from the tomatoes. I love you and can’t wait to see you soon. Love Mom

So after reading all of this, that’s when I realized that I had become my mom. Since the email I was thinking about all the things you can use the topsytree .com for and it was very simple I loved the stuff. These things were just so delicious it made everything worth while. I do have a few other ideas for the people that make this thing. I would love to see them make something for pumpkins. Pumpkins are such a fun treat around Halloween. You can do so many things with them. I love pumpkin seeds and I absolutely love pumpkin pie even though I know how bad it is for me. Granted it does get a little messy or at least it would be a little messy if they decided to do that.

For 3 years I’ve been using it and I tend to keep it in my kitchen though I’ve seen some other really interesting ideas. My mom, for instance, keeps hers in her living room while I keep mine in the kitchen like I mentioned before. My aunt likes to keep hers in the sunroom at her house and that seems to be the technique that works the best.

As good as tomatoes are, they are an allergen for some people. My good friend Daisy has issues with acne after eating too many tomatoes in a little period of time. She didn’t know until after she already had an topsytree .com in her family room. I still don’t totally know why she was keeping it there, but whatever works. Too bad it didn’t work for her since she is obviously allergic. I think the key thing for her to watch out for is the big things like salsa and tomato juice. That reminds me of what I did last week. I was able to take a look and see how to make tomato juices so I sat down and made a Bloody Mary. It was delicious I can say so myself.
